Course description:

The federal budget process is lengthy and involves many actors. The timeline, key roles, and sources of information are important to federal officials at all levels as well as their external auditors. This course will introduce you to the budget process and key terminology. In addition, you will learn how to monitor progress during the lengthy budget process.

This course is designed for financial professionals at all levels but would be suitable for non-financial professionals as well.

Course format:

The course includes video lectures, reference material, examples, knowledge checks, and a final assessment (exam). A score of 70% on the final assessment is required to earn 2 CPE hours.

Online access is required to view this course, and videos may not be downloaded. Access to this course will expire 90 days from the date of purchase or if the final assessment is taken three times.
