Course description:
Increasing your self-confidence can enrich all aspects of your professional life. In this entertaining session, you’ll learn how to develop a greater appreciation for your own abilities and qualities, enabling you to more effectively present, communicate and interact in the business environment.
Course format:
The course includes video lectures, a knowledge check, and a final assessment (exam). A score of 70% on the final assessment is required to earn 1.5 CPE hours.

Learning credits

- Expiration: Access to the self-paced course purchased through the store will expire in 90 days from the date of purchase or if the final assessment is taken three times. This expiration date will not be extended.
- CPE credit: To receive CPE credit for the self-paced course purchased through the store, you must pass the final assessment with a score of 70% or higher. The final assessment can only be taken up to three times.
- Usage: The course is for only one user and you may not share your login or password with any other person (including persons within your organization) without the express written permission of AGA.
- Refund policy: Refunds for courses purchased through the store may only be requested within 14 days of purchase AND only if no more than one video has been viewed. Refund requests must be sent in writing to [email protected].
